This is an invitation for you to find connection
with yourself and awaken to all that you can be!
Join Consie Sindet and Tracy Ceres as we host our Awakening class again for 2023. We’ll only be having the one workshop this year to set our intentions for the year ahead.
During the workshop we will use visualization, journaling, yoga and the creation of a vision board to see if we can look beyond the obvious, find gratitude with all that we have, dig into what we want for the coming year and see what surprises show up!
Questions that we will dive into include:
- How do you truly want to feel?
- What WANT have you been denying yourself?
- What does a perfect day look like?
- What would you like to build, create, or nurture in your life?
- What would you like to let go of?
- What are your wildest dreams?
The workshop includes all supplies and a light lunch. If you own a yoga mat and a journal, please feel free to bring them with you.
